TWO WEEKS!!!!!!
In two weeks, we will all be walking down that aisle towards that amazing person we have chosen to spend the rest of our lives with :) I am so excited!
And in exactly two weeks and 7 minutes, I will be doing just that :)
Aw! It feels like the time has just flown by! It makes me nervous but so excited at the same time that it's this close and it's just so very real!! :)
I KNOW!!! I feel like a crazy person right now!! I don't think it's hit me yet...
we did FINALLY get the seating arrangements figured out today. I think that was seriously our biggest argument topic for the whole wedding. lol SO glad that is done with :)
I'm 99% finished with seating. Just have to verify with my FH and then I can start doing the escort cards.
I can't believe we're less than 2 weeks! I can't wait to be 10 days out - so I can begin stalking the forecast :)
I took today off from work to finish the escort cards, menus, and programs. We leave for Oregon on Friday and I want to be able to visit with folks and participate in fun activities beforehand and not have to work on wedding stuff. Hopefully I will be productive today.
I'm going for my 3rd/hopefully last dress fitting today. Nervous about it... hope I'm happy with the result!
The weather in Oregon is awesome right now but it's showing a temperature drop and rain towards the end of the week... hoping the forcast won't be accurate, but I'm going to look for an umbrella today.
Hope everything is coming together for you girls and that you aren't feeling too stressed! I can't believe our weddings are in 11 days!

@jessifer - do you live in Honduras or is that just where you're wedding is being held? I've never been to the mainland but I've been to Roatan twice and really liked it.
It's driving me crazy that we can't see the weather that far in advance :/
I know the 10-day thing isn't accurate, but I'd still like to stalk it!

PS...my stomach has been in knots for the last couple of days and I can't really sleep. Anyone else having this issue?
To be honest, since I am all done with the planning, and working my ten day stretch before the wedding weekend, I have been sleeping fairly well, mostly because I have been super exhausted. This weekend I had my bridal shower and bachelorette party, and today is day two of ten in a row for work....yeah, pretty much sucks, but FI has been amazing about the whole thing. I have been making him lists of things to do that I can't because of work, and he is all about it :)
Makes me so proud! Tomorrow, I am getting my hair done (cut and dyed) for the wedding, and next Wednesday I am getting Waxed!! BRazilian! Yeah, I know, but FI will love it LOL Family will arrive next Thursday, and the rehearsal and rehearsal lunch is Next Friday! And since I have decided I AM DONE with wedding planning, it is now up to everyone else HAHA! I just get to sleep as much as I want and pamper myself until D-Day! :)

BTW- my grandparents will be celebrating the 62nd WEDDING ANNIVERSARY ON OUR DAY!!

@ms_nickie: YES! I am always saying, Oh my Gosh, I am going to VOMIT! And I keep waking up at 3:30 and can't go back to sleep! Now I can't wait for the honeymoon so I can sleep in! LOL

My dress is at the drycleaners now.
I am working hard to get everything ready and leave my job for vacations next wednesday. Please pray that I dont have any delays.
On thursday, my family from L.A arrives to the city and we`ll have a gathering at my future place.
Its hard to sleep these days, I just cant wait for Oct. 8th!!!

I'm just trying to maintain, it's getting all so exciting!! I just can't really believe it is all happening...
But everything is as done as it is going to be, so it is what it is!! As long as I don't drop anything on my dress and we get married I should be good! LOL
How am I doing? OMG! It has been crazy right now. I got food poisoning from either the bridal shower leftovers over the bachelorette party leftovers (FI too) it lasted 3 days. As soon as that was over (night before last) I developed bronchitis, so now I am on antibiotics, steroids, alergy pills, and cough medice with codine (I had this same cough about a year and a half ago that lasted EIGHT months! (Yes I said MONTHS). The doctor said with all that he gave me, I should be all good by Thursday when my family and friends arrive from out of town.
Today, I received 4 RSVP calls/texts that said they can't make it (one had said yes, but won't be able to fly in due to surgery) Now, none of FIs Dad's side of the family is coming AT ALL! and barely any of his mother's side is coming. I feel so bad because my friends and family are flying in for it :(
I am sure that all the people who didn't actually RSVP will finally do so this week with NOs.
I am making my list for FI of what he needs to buy at the store this week while I finish working my ten days in a row.
Tomorrow, I take the cake topper and flowers to my aunt so she can put them on our cake :) YAY! And, Tuesday, I will steam my dress again and steam my new veil (had to get a replacement veil because I am lame and ripped a hole in my first one).
Tonight, we are watching RED in HD, while I break in my new wedding day TENNIS SHOES!! After decorating the house for Halloween :) and later, we will be watching DEXTER!
I am so glad I took the time to do little things over the last eight months so I could just SLEEP this week and be relaxed and HAPPY!
The weather has been unpredictable with the 10 day forcast, 10 days out it called for a rainy wedding day, 9 days out no rain, 8 days out rain, and 7 days rain but not as likely....CRAZY UTAH WEATHER, here, all you have to do is blink and the weather changes lol Oh well, out of my hands at this point, if it rains, we wed inside, if its sprinkling or no rain, we wed outside ;)
Rehearsal is Friday, and the big day is ONLY a few more days away. I know, I went off there for a bit, but that's ok, my thread HAHAHA jk :) You girls have been so wonderful throughout the wedding process, and I cannot wait to share our pictures, and I can't wait to see yours too!
BTW, I signed up with weddingturtle, and I hope our guests will share pictures ASAP!!
@soontobemrsjohnnyb: HAHA! My thoughts exactly, as long as nothing gets on my dress, and we get married, that's all that matters at this point.

I'm 99.9% finished. And damn, it feels so good! All I have to do this week is little errands like pick up my dress, pick up the rings (they were being sized), get my hair done, etc. The only project I have left to do is assemble favors - and I have everything purchased I just can't put them together til Thursday because they're smores and I'm afraid they'll get stale if I do it before then.
I'm so excited!
This weekend I did the final walk-through, did all my escort cards and assembled them on the board they're on, finished my timeline and phone list and emailed it to all our vendors, wrote the checks for everyone that still has money due, and made the bouquets/corsages! Got a lot done :) asjdfhaksjdfhaskldjfkl I can't believe it's the week of our wedding ladies!

Yesterday we had a lunch with our MOH and Best Man.
Know I need to focus on getting all my stuff to the new place. Im stressed!!
Wednesday will be my last day of work, so ill have just 2 days to review details.
Thursday I have a lunch at the new house with the family thats coming from L.A.
Btw, friday is Spa Day with my BFF....full relax before the big day.

Had my bachelorette party this last Saturday. My FI and I are working on our first dance with an instructor and I still need to finish table numbers and escort cards. Plus get a shot list to the photographer. I'm thinking of pulling a generic one off the net. I don't want to do anything else. Oh and I have to buy a cardigan and a couple dresses for the honeymoon. :)
@Miss. Snowball: Oh man! And I thought we were all stressed, but you take the cake! LOL
I had my BParty the weekend before last, and need I say, Damn Facebook?!! LOL I can't believe that some of my photos ended up on the world wide web! You can't get away with anything these days!
Final touches are happening, decided to do a last minute candy buffet. My fiance saw one at another wedding and HAD to have it! LOL Since that is the little bit of input he had, I had to do it for him!
Escort cards to be done tonight, seating chart is done..... pedis and manis on Friday with my sister (MOH) and then rehearsal dinner!! CAN'T WAIT!!
I am working through Thursday...... I hope I can make it!!! LOL
I can't believe how close it is! I'm so excited yet calm at the same time. The only thing I have to do between now and wedding day are the flowers. Oh! And I decided to make a memorial candle for the members of our families that are deceased.
Oh, and one of our groomsmen (FI's brother) notified us today that he did not have any money to pay the balance on his tux, then he said he probably won't make it into town at all because he's broke.
I can't believe it is all happening already! All the planning, all the sress, and well, everything. I am so excited, but mostly at this moment I am EXHAUSTED! I just want to crash every night after work, but there is so much to do. FI has been wonderful and got SOOO much done today, but there are things that only I can do, like iron my dress and wear my shoes HAHA!
One more day of work, and I can really focus on the last minute stuff! :)

I was originally going to get married on Oct. 8. :-(
And now, the weather forecast for wintery Michigan is... 80 and SUNNY!
(but I keep reminding myself that I actually want cloudy weather, cuz both FI and I are "squinters," for the pictures!)

Last minute flubs:
Looked at our marriage license today...they spelled my name wrong. How did I not notice that before now?? LOL
@ms_nickie: OH NO! Do you have to go get it fixed before the day?
I still hve to find someone to write all fancy like on the keeper ones :)
1. My car broke.
2. My dress is still at the dry cleaners.
3. I am still in the process of moving all my stuff to the new place.
4. Family from L.A arrives tomorrow Very Early and we are having lunch with them!
I am at a high level of stress, but hope everything gets better tomorrow.
Tomorrow I am having spa and drinks with my best friend as a bachelorette gift.

i forgot the best part! two boxes of flowers that i ordered from sam's should have been delievered yesterday, but got held up by customs. right now i have no flowers for my centerpieces.
