The only thing I am nervous about is losing some weight now, after seeing my engagement pictures…there is NO WAY I am looking that way for my wedding pictures.  STD’s went out 3 weeks ago.. the invitations are going out in Late July 🙂 We can’t get any decorations together because we need pumpkin season to start

How are you doing with your wedding plans?!?!

woo hoo! just a little over 4 months to the wedding and under 5 months until the honeymoon. i’m sooo excited, i went out and bought a Flip Videocam to document the rest. Not nervous and no problems yet. All the big things are done and now its just paying it off. I think maybe we’ll send out the invites at the end of July.

One thing we still have to do is finish our website and register. haha oops! 🙂

Ditto the losing weight thing– PANIC now that its four months out. We didn’t do STDs and we are sending out invites in August.

I still have to send out my STDs (is it too late?), FMIL held them hostage until she worked on her side of the guest list. Also, FI and his brood are still tux-less (open for suggestions) but other than that, just time to pay everything off and book the honeymoon.

100 days from today for us…WOOOT! I am nervous about my weight…I am wanting to lose still 15 more lbs and need to do it FAST!! No giving up and no skipping the gym for me for the next 95 days…haha!

Save the dates, we sent out in March since our wedding is on a Friday. Our invitations I just designed, my FMIL is printing them and I will start assembling them in a week or so, and then we will be mailing them out July 31st/Aug 1st. My FI is making our centerpieces, he has them started, but need to make a weekend goal of getting them done soon.

I am surprisingly not nervous about anything but my weight.

@MrsH1010: I just received a STD for my friends 10/2/10 wedding, so I’d say send em! You worked hard on them so people should see them 🙂  Men’s Wearhouse only needs measurements like 3 weeks before the wedding so you have time…

I’m not nervous but my mom is nervous enough for the both of us haha She is freaking about all my lil details I have left more than me!

I too just took some photos, when my dress came in, and felt this urgency to drop some lbs when I saw how I looked. I don’t have much to lose but sometimes that is harder. Tone up time!

The only thing I’m nervous about is paying everything off and doing last minute stuff from NY when my wedding is in MI!

@PrncssDva:

I thought I would be freaking out but I’m feeling so calm.  I already addressed all the invitations, have all big planning things done for the most part. The problem is I did too much too fast, and now I’m just bored enough to spend obscene amounts of time looking for new ideas!

So excited!

How are you holding up?

I have not yet gone insane. I have been having some pretty odd wedding dreams, though.

Is anyone nervous?

Just the opposite. I want to be married already! Time is flying by but I still feel like I just want the day to get here!

Are you running into any problems?

We fell in love with a wedding/reception site before be had the guest list set. That’s created a couple of headaches, because it severely limited the number of guests we could have. It worked out for the best, though, because we were able to maintain the small wedding feel we wanted so much.

When are you sending out your invites?

August 21st.

Did you have Save the Dates?

I’m probably one of the few brides getting married over Columbus Day weekend who did NOT use Save the Dates…mostly because our wedding is small enough that family is invited, and they already know about it and are planning to come. For those who don’t, well, it’s no skin off my nose. If they didn’t know about the wedding date long long long before hand then we probably didn’t know each other very well, and I’d rather the wedding be kept to people who are very important to us.

Eep! It’s exactly 4 months from NOW for me! October 24, 2010, sometime between 3pm and 5pm!

How am I holding up?

Remarkably well. Just trying to stay focused on the to-do list.

Am I nervous?

About the wedding, yes. About the marriage, no.

Am I running into any problems?

I’m cautiously optimistic about everything right now. We got some good news this week. My favorite wedding florist is available on our date is confidant she can do exactly what I want (tons of peach roses) at or below or floral budget. This is a huge weight off my mind!

Did you send Save the Dates?

We sent out e-mail Save the Dates with a link to our wedding website about 3 weeks ago.

I have all my preliminary planning done.  STDs went out several weeks ago as his side will all be traveling.  Invites are ordered and should arrive next week.  I am most concerned about fitting into my dress and having enough cash to pay everyone!

STD’s are out. About to start working on printing/assembling invites. Starting the fittings on my dress. My girls are ordering their dresses this week.

My biggest thing, is that we still don’t have a rehearsal dinner. We haven’t finalized Cake design, we haven’t finalized flowers. (friendors).

I feel like There’s so much to do, not a lot to do, and a lot of other things all at once! lol

We sent save-the-dates in early March, seven months early.  I was shooting for 8, but they arrived with problems so I had to get a second order with the fixed ones.  We’re shooting for early August for our invites to go out.  I’m not really nervous, because my long engagement has allowed me to make decisions slowly and carefully, but the invite process is driving me nuts.  That’s the last big thing to be finished, though, and then it’s little things — decor, nail down our plan with the florist, escort cards and menu cards, finalize my jewelry, etc.  Exciting!
