Congrats Ladies!  We leave for our honeymoon tomorrow and we can't wait.  I don't feel like we ever got a chance to relax after the wedding so I am slightly beat.  As far as married life, it doesn't feel any different.  We were already living together so there is nothing different there.  I do like the look of a ring on his finger.  Something very sexy about that.

Congrats everyone! Everything is wonderful on this end. I thought I'd miss the planning, but I don't! ;) I'm just happy to be married and have my prince charming.

Yeah!!!  Congrats everyone!  Being married rocks : )

We got back from our Honeymoon on Saturday, and we are still on a high from the whole whirlwind of events.  Everything was perfect, wedding, reception, honemoon, just everything.  And I'm so happy to be spending the rest of my life with my best friend.  I'm not sure if its just me, but my husband seems to be a little more attentive and maybe even a little softer now that I'm his wife.  AND i absolutely melt each time he calls me his wife!!

We are waiting for pics too!  Waiting, its the hardest part ; )

    Happy Honeymooning you two!

it was great but i don't really feel any different! we had a wonderful wedding and honeymoon but we had to go back to long distance and it SUUUUCKS. I was so sad that we couldn't spend Halloween together, but we'll see each other over Veteran's Day weekend!

Our wedding was awesome. So happy it's over though, it's such a relief not to have to plan anything.

Being married is exactly the same as it was before we were married, so not much has changed, which is exactly the way i wanted it!

@artsygirl1970: I so feel you on the melting thing! My husband (*giggle*) has spent our entire courtship singing songs to me every day while cooking, while I got dressed, even just when sitting on the couch. He's been breaking out all sorts of new ones and working on rhyming my new last name and coming up with little songs for me. Every day is magical, and when he broke out a "wife" song today, I just about died!

I got the opportunity to introduce him to some people who've known about him but haven't ever seen him (some classmates) and got to say, "that's my husband" and I giggled uncontrollably for about 10 seconds. They must have thought I was crazy!

We've been together for seven years, but it really feels different. There's a certain mutuality to it that I just can't really describe.

@jneden: Also waiting for pics. I should have them by next weekend! Didn't take much of a honeymoon. We went to Buckhead for three days, then it was back to work and school on Tuesday! We may do something bigger later. It's been crazy trying to settle in though, as we are still trying to make arrangements with my late grandmother's estate, and make a trip to Pittsburgh for a memorial service.

The bright side? My parents are helping us get our first house! :D

It feels great! I already got my name changed on all the really important things and I'm still not used to signing it yet. I always have to pause to think what my name is before signing anything. I also love looking over and seeing a ring on my Husband's finger. Other than that, I'm not noticing that much difference since my Husband and I lived together for about 1 year before we got married. I think the toughest thing about being married is that it feels worse for us when we can't be together. We have had different work schedules since last year (My Husband works the night shift and I work daylight hours). We are really hoping that my Husband gets a new job with daylight hours soon so we can have our nights and mornings back. I'm also wanting to buy a house even more now, but I know because we gotta pay down debt and save money that it will be awhile before we can.

Still gotta write all of our thank you notes, but we're waiting for the cards to come in first and we need to buy some picture frames so we can get wedding pics up in our apartment. We can't wait to be done with everything wedding related.
