I've had one more session since this, there are now lime green and purple rays coming down from the albatross.

I have five and four will be visible.
I'm covering the one behind my ear with makeup and debating covering the one on my upper back with a bolero (satin or lace? I haven't decided). The other two visible ones are on the insides of each wrist, so they don't really count :)
I have one on my foot, so it will only be visible when I lift my dress. I am probably going to get one behind my ear before the wedding, and it, too, will be visible with my up-do.
I have 3 and am getting my next, biggest piece on the 7th of JUNE. OMG. (can you tell i'm excited?) eeep!
None will be visible, but that is purely because I've placed my tattoos in places that are not visible.
I've got a couple and I would never hide them! They are a part of me. :)

OMG you are so cute! Show 'em off its part of who you are! I LOVE the owl btw. I have a 3/4 sleeve that would be impossible to cover up even if I wanted to. I also have some on my feet that will be exposed. I think tattooed brides are beautiful!
FI made me promise that once I got the ring there would be no more tatoos though :(
@JenBee1111: That is so silly! He doesn't own your body just 'cause he put a ring on it, you two are partners. Do what you love and be yourself.

I have three tattoos, behind the ears, ribcage and ankle, so none are too noticeable right now :)
But i am thinking about getting a henna tattoo, 3/4 or full length sleeves for the wedding, and permanently tattooing them the following weeks afterwards. What do you ladies think? I've always wanted to get my arms done, and I have always thought that henna style tattoos on brides is so beautiful.
@JenBee1111: thank you!! that is the "sane" owl, on the right side of my chest I have the "crazy" owl his wing is all nuts and he's smoking a cigarette :)
FI doesn't have ANY tattoos!! He's ok with me getting more (I have others that won't be showing on the big day, a big thigh piece and a big side piece) he just isn't too fond of me wanting a chest piece. Oh well, i can deal with that :)
I really want a narwhal tattoo, and I want to get a tattoo of an outline of a pair of pants, my nickname for FI is "Pants" so I thought that would be a cool "wedding-esque" tattoo without getting a name or date or something!!
All of my 11 tattoos will be visisble on out big day I picked out my wedding attire to make sure that they will! Glad I am not alone!
My fiance has no tattoos, but he told me he'd be sad if I got a strappy dress that covered up my back/chest piece for our wedding, what a guy =) Only a few of my tattoos will be visible-even if those few are about 1/3 of my body ;-)
My family knows I have the tattoos, I don't see any reason to try to hide it!
I have 9 tattoos and 4 of them will be visible with my dress. I see no reason to cover them up, they are a part of me and I am proud to have them show 
I should note that 3 of my 11 are black light tattoos and aren't going to be visible until the reception!
I just have this one. I am most definitely NOT covering it up, but my mother is super concerned about it showing in church...although I'm not sure why--It's an angel not anything inappropriate!
I have one on the back of my neck and one that wraps around my shoulder and down my arm (and one more on my calf). I plan on wearing a cardigan during the ceremony because it's outdoors and chilly in October, but I also want to cover the arm because even though I love it and everyone knows I have it, I don't want people to be focused on it when I'm pledging my love for my FI. It scares people for some reason.
I absolutely will not cover my tattoos!! I love them, and in fact, I knew I wanted a one shoulder, going on the right side, just because of my Koi on my left shoulder. I didnt want the clutter, if you will, with having anything over or next to my tattoo. I do have 8 total, and aside from my what you can see in this pics, the only other one that will be visible is on the inside of my right wrist.
It all depends, I don't have one now but my mum and I talked for a while about getting a matching tribal arm band together, neither of us had any tatts but it seemed like a nice mother daughter thing to do (yeah ok, bit of a diff family I guess) anyway, mum chickened out at the last minute and I didnt go through with it either. Mum passed away from cancer just under 2 years ago and I have been thinking about going to get that arm band done, it would only be visible if I took the bolero off and it would be kind of like having her there with me.
It would mean getting past the fact that I am a little scared of having my first tattoo :)
My dress will definitely show off my tattoo. I'm incomplete without it!
@nichaleh: What a wonderful thing to do for your mom! You should have plenty of time to heal up before an October wedding.
Before your tat, eat a big meal and bring a sugary soda with you to help you keep up your blood sugar. :)
Old crummy pic of it, but my tattoo is my dad's initials. I got it after he passed. Don't plan to cover it, but my hair will be down so more than likely it will not be seen. I definitely plan on pulling my hair aside for a few pics of it though.
Yeah baby! I love my sweet little tatoo and I would never want to cover it for my big day. Definitely part of who I am :)
Yes, I'm heavily tattooed but to comprimise with my mother (since she bought my dress) I'm wearing a 3 quarter lace bolero with a key hole in the back. 5 more days to go for me!!

Hey all! I was just wondering if any of you all have tattoos that will be visible on your big day. I have a half sleeve, a corresponding tat on my right shoulder blade and then an owl on either side of my collar bone.
