I just got engaged 3 weeks ago. My engagement ring was handmade in Ireland and just arrived on Tuesday. Now, we have decided to move our date to February. We don’t believe in living together and we are Tired of saying “good bye” to each other every night.
How are we going to pull a wedding together in a short period of time? I’m going wedding dress shopping this weekend and hopefully bridesmaids too.
Any tips on pulling a wedding together quickly while still maintaining an air of elegance would be appreciated. Thanks.

@SuzieMG95: Congratulations! I’m sure that you can pull everything off in the time that you have. Two of my husbands friends moved their weddings up about six months and everything was great. I would pick a checklist and start working through it. I would also say, decide on your prioriteis and put your time and money into thsoe things first. You can get to the less important things later if you have extra time.
An eHOw checklist, but it doesn’t seem to have dates: http://www.ehow.com/info_7959441_checklist-plan-wedding-4-months.html
This is a checklist for LDS couples planning in 4 months (I’m lds, I think Google is stalking me): So, you’ll have some things that don’t apply to you, and some things to add, but it has things laid out by month.
