indiblue:  Unfortunately there is ZERO way to give advice if you just came off the pill. I know it’s not what you want to hear. Cycles are notoriously unpredictable after coming off the pill. And many pregnancy symptoms can be mimicked by fluctuating hormone levels. I’d try to get your hands on a test some way some how. Or just be patient… I know, I know. Easier said than done.

My first three cycles off BCP (June/July/Aug) were absolutely crazy. Agonizing cramps for the last two weeks of the cycle along with horrible nausea (I puked at a movie theater…was totally sure I was pregnant that month…nope!) and breasts feeling full/very sore.

I’m on month 6 off BCP and the last couple months my body has settled quite a bit.

My first cycle off the pill was a little longer than normal. I’ve also been getting more symptoms around the time I ovulate than I used to, including bloating. There’s a chance you’re ovulating now, but it’s impossible to know for sure without a test.

indiblue:  My first month off of BCP, I ovulated on day 31.

We were TTC, and I’d given up on getting pregnant the first cycle, figuring we’d passed by ovulation or something. Got a BFP on day 42.

indiblue:  last time I O’d my nipples were very very tender during my luteal phase. My dr said its because of the increase in progesterone. So it’s not necessary pregnancy.

indiblue:  I once skipped TWO pills on my BC (I was also traveling – had the pills, just forgot. I hate time changes), and my period started one week early, but very, very light. I bled like that until two days after the day I was supposed to start my period – then I got the HEAVIEST PERIOD EVER. It was so traumatic. I have never seen anything like it and I will be content to never see anything like it again for the rest of my life. All because of two missed pills in the second week of the pack.

My point is, like other posters have said, coming off BC wreaks havoc on your hormones! So I would just wait and see and be calm, since you are likely not pregnant – there was a study that came out recently that claims the withdrawal method is only 1% less effective at preventing pregnancy than condoms.
