Off the shoulder look without covering the chest area! Ideas please!

Wouldn’t something like this allow you to cover your arms while having the lower neckline?

I think it comes down to the style of the lace, whether or not it ‘works’ and make sure the ‘border’ is at the very top. Then the panel above the bust remains somewhat sheer so it doesn’t take away from your neckline.

I would also consider half-sleeves to avoid being swamped by the dress.

aussiebee87:  Maybe look at an illusion neckline but using lace as appliques in a way that it doesn’t cover your chest, but dips in from the off-shoulder point into the chest area.

I can’t get an exact picture, but these give you an idea.
