    Hello Ladies!

So I've been impatiently awaiting the grand arrival of AF.  I'm on day 33 of my cycle and she's yet to rear her darling head.  DH and I have been BDing like crazy just enjoying our first month of NTNT/TTC.  I took a test yesterday cause according to my tracker I'm late, but got a negative HPT.

So today, using the ladies room and I have EWCM.  Is this normal?? Could I just be ovulating late?  Thoughts?  TMI here but it almost looks like clear jello if that makes any sense.  Not a ton, but enough to be curious and I also have some slight cramping which I periodically get when ovulating.

Last period was June 20th and lasted 4 days.  All previous months my cycle has been about 30-34 days.  However, we have been under a lot of stress this month financially and with home renovations.  Could this have delayed things?

    Thoughts from any experts?

i know when  i was using a feritility monitor i ovulated something like 8-9 days late one cycle. that was around day 22 though. im not really srue about the stress thing- but when i ovulated late that one month, earlier that month i was under a BUNCH of stress and i chacked the late ovulation to that- becuase every other month i ovulated pretty regularly around the same time.

since your in day 33, i would gues that yuo already ovulated. did you just get off the pill? also, when i found out i was pregnant i did have more CM about a week after i found out i was pregnant.d. i would take a pregnacy test if you dont get your period but wait a coupld days since you just took one yesterday. your hormone level just might not be high enough to detect it yet... you might of got lucky on your first try! hope you do :) :)

@stargal first off congrats on your pregnancy.  You must be thrilled :o)

I haven't been on any BC for 3 years now as I'm a migraine sufferer and BC always caused me to have migraine with 'aura'.   It was funny because last month I thought I was about a week early with AF but was thrilled because we had a weekend music festival to attend and was happy to get it before not during.

We BD'd after when the tracker said I'd ovulated but I'm just curious as to why I've got no sign of AF and random things like wicked oily complexion, exhaustion, back pain and again mild cramping.

I think I'm driving myself nuts, but when I saw the CM today I was wondering if I could have possibly ovulated super late.

@nskillet: I actually think it is normal to have a secondary mid lueteal estrogen surge that occurs near the end of your cycle. Estrogen is what creates EWCM.

@panterapeach:  I think you're right!  Last cycle, because I became an OPK addict, I tested a couple of times randomly a while after I had actually ovulated (I ovulated on Day 10, so maybe I was just curious as to the accuracy) and I got  a smiley face several days before AF showed up.  I was like "What?!?"  It's utterly ridiculous that I entertain myself with OPKs even when I know I already ovulated.  Oh and I think I also tested because I read they can pick up pregnancy, and I had already blown through 1.2million dollars in pg tests, so an opk was the only handy thing I had:)

I would get a pregnancy test.  Lower back pain can be an early sign of pregnancy.  That's the first sign I had, btw.  False negative preg tests results are pretty common.  I didn't get a solid positive line until a few days after AF was late (and I was using early response tests).
