So, I first tested on Sunday and got a BFN. The test pack says to wait until this weekend to try again but what are the hives thoughts? I still have some EWCM and also waterish CM.  Defintiely got sicks this AM but also over-ate last night so I'm not sure what to make of things.

I also reinput dates on a fertility tracker called mymonthlycycles.com which is now saying on average I have 33 day cycles and could be 2 days late at this point.  What gives? It's driving me nuts!!

    Thoughts/Advice anyone?

cvbee thanks!! I feel like the odds of me being pregnant aren't very good, but at the same time just wish this cycle would reset or I'd get a BFP already!

Why wait until this weekend?  I'd get another test now!!!  Then again, I'm impatient.

Ginny I know! I feel that way too and am just worried I'm psyching myself out about "symptoms"

Do I need to test only in the AM? So maybe wait till tomorrow AM if I don't get AF today?

    @nskillet:

I hear ya! This past cycle was the only time I got far enough to take tests and BFN every time. I hated it.

My period was super late and the longest it has ever bene in my life. By 15 DPO I pretty much felt I was out and just wished my period would come so we can start over.

How long has your longest cycle been?

@RedGber  My longest cycle has been about 33 days but I've only been tracking since March or so and managed to miss a couple months charting.  Its weird because my last period was on June 22nd and fertility friend had me begin my period on July 20th so I thought I was WICKED late.   Then I put in info for my monthly.com and it actually tracks based on averages from month to month and it put my period potentially beginning on Monday July 25th.

Regardless, I have had SOME symptoms but can't tell if I'm just psyching myself out cause I would love to be PG or if I'm just having pre-menstrual symptoms.  This morning I woke up and got sick and it made DH say "Whoa, maybe you are?!"

If I'm not PG this month I wouldn't be devestated I'm more just sitting in suspense waiting for what will happen next!

I'd test again today or tomorrow, but only because I'm super impatient! And I think the only reason they recommend testing right away in the AM is because your pee is more concentrated because you weren't hydrating throughout the night. Not that I'm saying you should go thirsty just to reconcentrate the pee (although that totally sounds like something I'd do Innocent).

Either way, I hope you get an answer one way or the other today or tomorrow!

Alright folks, so went digital and still a big fat negative result!!

So now I'm left asking, WTF? lol  Could I still possibly be testing too soon?  My new predictor said my period was meant to arrive on July 25th making me 2 days late but I'm on cycle day 36.

Back to the waiting game! I'd rather be playing hungry hungry hippos!

@nskillet: So weird! What brand did you use? I used First Response Digital and Clear Blue digital. One was around 5pm, the other around 6 pm. Both were positive when I was 2 days late. Everyone is different though. Good luck!

@His Barista today I bought the Clear Blue Easy Digital.  The test I took on Sunday that was also negative was a first response one with the lines.  This cycle is all over the place. I can't exactly tell what's going on with my body but something will happen sooner or later! We'll see if I get checked into the looney bin before then though lol

You may want to try a blood test with your Dr since they read at a much lower hcg amount.

I've seen women that were over a month late before getting their bfp.

Guess our bodies can be kinda wacky sometimes... ode to the hormones. UGH.

Hope you find out something soon though!

@nskillet:I know the feeling. My chart says this cycle is already 43 days, and I'm frustrated as all get out, too. Course I think I'm on the course for 50 days. :( Yuck.

Good luck. And you can always keep testing if you have the money/time to get extra tests.

    @amnystik:Ahhh, really? That's scary.

Tested again this AM ladies and still nothing.  Though, something has officially dawned on me.....

What if I O'd late?  What if I O'd on the 15th-17th instead of the 8th-11?  That would mean I am still in the TWW and testing too early.  Could this make sense which how long the cycle is at this point?  I'm officially at 37 days today since the last period on June 22nd.

I've never been late like this and had symptoms the way I do. Last night I needed bed by 8:30pm and got serious nausea all night forcing me to bed early.  Time will tell right?

Patience is clearly NOT a virtue of mine.

I wish you lots of luck and hopefully like you said maybe you just O'd late....I O'd a lot earlier than expected this month, but def. retest after the TWW and if nothing then give a call to your Dr. :)  Sending baby dust your way!!

Last month I totally convinced myself that I was.. I was 5 days late, having ridculous symptoms and I took about 6 tests.. all negative! Then I got AF the day after. It is so frustrating because I was literally convinced. I have learned to trust the tests and now I am making myself wait until I am really late before testing. I have been off BC for three months now and my cycles are wacky - ranging from 26 - 36 days.

The thing that is especially weird for me is I have been off BC for 3 years!! Stopped taking them due to the hormonal effect on my migraines.

I'm officially just trying to push it out of my mind as much as possible.  AF will show or something else will eventually...right...RIGHT?! lol

Geez, I'm so anxious for you. I hope something happens soon!

BTW, a total possibility about O'ing late. Could just be it's a tad too early to test!

    Best of luck!

Agree with others - if you're not sure what day you O'd, it may still be too early to test.  One month I ovulated VERY late - day 26 or so - due to stress.

It sounds like your cycle was anovulatory and those fertility signs may have been your body gearing up for it.

Hello All, thanks for checking in on me. I am stil without AF and have only negative PG tests. I am totally confused!! i'm going to wait until next week and test again and if still nothing will call the Dr. to check in what's going on.

@Maple Becky this makes sense...kind of. I haven't bled yet though, shouldn't I be shedding my lining even if I didn't ovulate??

I'm on day 39 officially of this cycle and i STILL got nothing. i'm driving myself so crazy because i'm usually only a few days early or late either direction.  i just think its weird that as soon as hubby and i stop using protection suddenly AF is missing.

Nope, you won't shed your lining until after you ovulate.  Some people will have a really mini period (anov spotting) and the cycle continues to count up since it's not real menses.

Are you new off the pill?   Once you have a total CF/CM dry up, you will probably be post ovulation, but even that goes into cycles.  It sounds like your body is attempting to ovulate with the fertile CF, so I wouldn't totally stress.

When TTC my son, 4 years ago, I had a 50 day cycle.  I almost lost my mind.  Thankfully, I was charting and saw that it was just a delayed ovulation and nothing else was wrong.

    Best of luck!   How frustrating.

Hey, something similar just happened to me last week. My cycle days are normally 32 days and this month I didn't get AF until day 42.... I was taking tests to and all negative but couldn't figure out for the life of me where AF was. I think by just thinking about where it was made it not come....

I hear you.  I'm usually pretty regular and I am now 5 days late. I have tested once yesterday and got a BFN, and I might test again tomorrow morning.  Keep us posted and let us know if there are any updates.  Oh and P.S.  Try not to stress.  It is the hardest thing, but I have to keep telling myself that, because it doesn't help the cause.
