Sorry, I haven't looked at my posts in awhile! The wedding is in the Schenectady/Scotia area. Familiar?
and where is the reception going to be?
For a rehearsal dinner I would suggest:
The Stockade Inn in Schenectady, the Waters Edge Lighthouse in Scotia...looking for very casual..call Bombers Borios, they just opened up in Schenectady. There is Glen Sanders in Scotia, and RiverStone Manor in Scotia. <span class="title">Bangkok Thai Bistro is in Schenectady and very good Thai/Sushi. Pinhead Susan's is a local bar/pub, they have a back room that is probably for private parties..good pub food.
<span class="title"> Hope this helps..let me know what you decide.
Also, there is a nice place on the river : ALBANY PUMP HOUSE or even on Central Ave, there is Delmonico's Steak.
There are a TON of places on Central Ave that you could have it at, or even a ton of places on Wolf Rd. Good Luck!!
We didn't want a fancy rehearsal dinner, so ours will be at Bailey's in Saratoga :)

K so... we kinda forgot about the Rehearsal Dinner and the planning for it. This isn't a major issue since we're not getting married until NEXT June however, we aren't from the area so we don't know where to hold such an event.
Unfortunately we're solo in paying for this. Any capital district brides have any suggestions on where to hold a nice rehearsal dinner... without breaking the already crumbling bank?
Thanks!
