Honestly, I am not sure a belt would add anthing to your dress.  Even that pretty one.  I love your dress and I think it speaks for itself.

I think it will look like way too much.

Beautiful, but it may be too much floral/texture going on with your dress!

I love it! I think you should try it out. I love the little splash of blush, and if it doesn’t look right, you can always use it for something else.. perhaps wrap your bouquet in it or use it in some other wedding decor

BurlapnLace:  Well I answered shut up you’re obsessing, lol! But you seem to want to know for sure even though you’ve asked all over and gotten the same answer so I say order it and then you’ll know. BUT I agree with PPs. I think your dress is very pretty and it has a lot of texture and “stuff” on it already. I’ve felt that belts are for the much more simple dresses.

I am trying to picture it as a comb.  Honestly, I think anything but super simple accessories will compete with that dress, rather than complement it.  I really think that is a statement dress!

I don’t think you’re going to be happy until you’ve seen it.  Hopefully you can resell it if you decide against it.  Though I do like your idea of asking to have a comb made in the same style/colours, etc… thats a great plan!  Also, I think your dress is beautiful as is.

I’d consider asking the seller to make a similar hair acessory. I don’t think a belt fits the dress/your figure.

That’s really the belt you want to go with…? Please don’t. Heed Coco Chanel. Less is more.

Your dress is so ornate that I would skip a belt.

That belt is pretty but I agree that it would be too much with your dress. Can you maybe wear it with something else? Like if you have a separate dress for the reception, or other events like bridal shower or rehearsal dinner.

I saw that dress at David’s Bridal – it’s a beautiful dress in person. I really love the blush flowers! I agree with PPs that the dress has so much going on that the belt would be too much. I think a comb with something like that top middle flower featured on the belt (the blush colored one with pearls at the center) would go well with the dress.
