DH just called me. He was laughing so hard, I thought he was crying and my heart lept into my throat.
He said "I just tried to text you, but hit reply on my last text by accident"

I just texted my boss "Have you been a bad girl today?"

@mightywombat: His boss has been his employer now for 13 years. Apparently the boss said "I hope this is intended for your wife and not your mistress" haha...very funny...jerk! lol

That's so funny! I'm glad his boss is understanding. A few weeks ago, I hadn't heard from my husband all day, which is very unusual for him. So I texted him "I miss my husband." My teenage daughter texts back "Apparently he doesn't miss you all that much." She really enjoyed making fun of both of us for that one, but I was just relieved I hadn't tried to text him something less innocent!

A couple of weeks ago my sister accidentally texted my mom "Go f**k yourself" - she had been trying to text it to her bf as a joke.
Mom was NOT impressed lol!

lmao thats awesome! i had a mean one once. i went to text FI about how mad my daughters fthers mother made me that day when she picked up my daughter and i accidently sent it to her :-(

I think I made a mistake once too after a girl's night out. I wasn't sober...I said to my ex "NO! You can't borrow $7000, are you crazy???"
His father texted back "Why is my son asking you for money?"
OOPs! But it was great revenge on him without even trying. Just accidental revenge, lol

SIL accidentally texted MIL "OMG, mom is such a b*tch!!" on Mother's Day last year. She meant to send it to her BF.... and MIL was not very amused....

One of my FI's co-workers accidently sent a text to one of the managers suggesting a meeting time to purchase pot. He purposely avoided eye contact for over a week until she finally came up to him. He swore he was going to get fired. She was pretty cool about it but advised that he be more careful next time he discussed his "recreational" activities. We tease him all the time and he gets super red.
OMG! this is HILARIOUS.
I have never accidentally texted someone I didn't intend to text. This is because i'm SO PARANOID of something like this happening. I double check everything.
