Sometimes bad habits sneak up on you.  Maybe you don’t realize it but you might be eating worse, less active, or stressing too much which leads to weight gain.

You can turn it around though!  You still have 3 months left before your wedding.

It works out to only about a pound a week, so it is definetly reasonable!

Stress weight always goes straight to my tummy!

I’ve found yoga really helpful.  It strengthens my core and lowers my stress load.  My stomach has never been flatter!  Actually, my stomach’s never really been flat before, so this is fun for me ๐Ÿ™‚
