I'd try calling both companies ASAP & see what they say. If all else fails can you have your MOH wear a different colored one? Maybe have the MOH give the BM hers and then make one with some fabric for the MOH? Hope you figure something out!
The MOH is wearing a different dress altogether, so it's just going to look like I singled out my step-sister. ;) We'll have one made if we have to, but it's going to be hard to find satin in the right color. ARG, mad! I just emailed HOB (have to call tomorrow since I'm in school right now, HA) and am trying to find a way to contact Dessy directly. SO ANNOYING.
Maybe you could make a couple sashes? Depending on the number in your bridal party you could have 2 or 3 wear a different color? I think you may have enough time though.
Is there any way you could order some 2 - 2.5" ribbon and use that on all the girls instead if you can't get a replacement sash?
Oooh or maybe go to davids bridal and see if you can buy a couple of their sashes?
The sash itself is soooooo pretty though.. I wouldn't want them all to lose it because I didn't pay enough attention to one package! I did get an email back from them ("what is your event date?") so we'll see if they can work with me. If not, I found that I can buy their fabric by the yard (though it's a FORTUNE... almost as much as buying another dress, it feels like!) and have one made by... someone. Ugh. I guess I needed something new to stress about. :)
WHEW!!! Resolved! Hopefully. :) I just got another email that they'll have it in their shop in two weeks (and another few days to get it to me, of course)... which is still just in time. :) Thanks for your suggestions! LoL, David's was a great idea... I have a $15 backup there now in case anything goes wrong. ;)

I ordered my bridesmaid dresses from houseofbrides.com, and they came super late (promised late November, arrived in January), but they came. I did a quick lookover and saw that all the dresses were there, but one of my bridesmaids just picked hers up from me today and noticed that her waist sash was missing! I'm way past the date I was supposed to notify them of any problems (like, *5 days* after receipt!) and I don't know if they can even get it to me in time because it took so long in the first place. Any ideas of how I should approach them? Or should I just call Dessy directly and skip hob?
