Oh wow – i must have done the workout around the same time as you yesterday and i can hardly walk today!

She seriously kicked my butt – there is no way i can do that again today, definately have to wait until tomorrow!

She kicked mine the first time too…I took a break for a day, and then got right back to it. I love how you can feel it working. She sure makes you work muscles you didn’t even know you had!

30 day shred is tough. I thought I had a good handle on it so I moved on to her No More Trouble Zones dvd and was sore for days afterwards.

I love the Shred! I hated Level 2 though so I skipped to Level 3. It gets a bit easier after about a week ladies, don’t worry. It’s a great work out though and I’ve dropped a dress size!

Oh and just to cut down on your soreness, after her cool down, stretch a bit more. Her cooldown is REALLY short, I don’t think it’s adequate.

aahhhh I’m on day 2 of the shred, and I’m STUNNED at how hard it is!! I work out regularly, so I have no idea why this is so hard.  I’m excited to see it working, but want to cry about 7 mins into the workout.  It DOES get easier, right…? Foot in mouth

I freakin’ love her workouts. I do hate level 2 of shred though. I prefer NMTZ. It DOES get easier, it’s true. Keep with it, I lost 22lbs doing her dvds!

I did level 1 again on Tuesday and may have pushed myself a little too hard.  Now my right calf muscle is so sore I can barely walk.Cry  I took a break yesterday to help my leg heal but I need to stay on track.  Do you think I should wait until my leg is feels better or will I be okay to work out tonight?  Thanks for your help bees.

@ta27: Give your body the time it needs to heal. I wouldn’t push yourself otherwise I would worry about seriously doing some damage. Maybe pop in a yoga or Pilates DVD instead if you’re bound and determined to work out 😉

  Oh no! I just bought that DVD to start. I’m a little worried about it now. But, it is good to hear about everyone else losing so much weight. I just need to keep that in mind when I start it. Does anybody else have any other good workout DVDs that they recommend?
