Weddingbee boards

Ok so I have not really posted on the board in the past few weeks.  I have been doing a lot of self reflection and figuring things out with reagrds to my wedding.

And here's what happened:

My last post was requesting information from other brides about how to possibly pull off a large wedding for $10,000.  I want to thank all of the lovely bees who responded to the post, because you really gave me some amazing inspiration for the things FI and I WILL be paying for.

I REALLY REALLY want a big wedding.  With all of our friends and family and people who care about FI and I to be there.

FI and I discussed this and then we went up to the good ol' Poconos to take another look-see at a venue that I really liked when we first ventured out into the world of wedding.  Well, as luck would have it, FI really liked it too.  It has that amazing mansion feel to it and a beautiful ceremony site.  It's in the Pocs, but totally doesn't look like it.  Mom Vanilla and Dad Vanilla really like it too.  AND... in a strange turn of events, Mom and Dad Vanilla offered to pay for the reception (GASP!) at said venue.

FI and I are officially getting married on Friday, September 23, 2011 at Stroudsmoor Terraview in Stroudsburg, PA. 

Thanks ladies!!  I seriously think I found a lot of inspiration through the bees and it seems so cheesy, but the hive is such a great group of support and I can't thank all of you enough!
