I actually really like Ojon products. Well the products I have tried I mean. I have the leave in solid stuff you rub in your hand before you put it in. I use it at night a couple times a week then wash it out in the morning. I think it is great if you have split ends.
Sorry I can't remember the name lol. I will look it up later though.
Oh and I have tried the shampoo and conditioner, the extra hydrating kind. The only thing that I didn't like, and it's not that I didn't like it, but I just wasn't used to was the fact that because Ojon doesn't use any kind of chemicals or whatever the shampoo doesn't really lather. So at first I felt like I need more than I actually did because I was trying to make it lather haha.
I used the Ojon stuff because it was recomended to me-- the stuff that is hard and you scoop it out and leave it in your hair? I think its this:

It worked okay, but I could. Not. Get. Past. The. Smell.
God. It was horrible. And I smelled it all night while I was sleeping, because you leave it in overnight. I have very bleached high-maintenance hair, and I swear by Kerastase-- pretty much anything they make. Ojon didn't work as well as Kerastase does and Kerastase doesn't smell horrible!
Here are the Amaozn reviews for more about the smell... lol in case you don't believe me!

Yes it stinks!!! And I personally did not like it but I have very fine, thin hair so I don't need super moisturizing stuff.
I LOVE ojon products! I have used them for a few years now. They have really worked well to keep my colored hair healthy. I color every 6-12 weeks depending on color, and change the color a lot which can fry your hair but mine is always soft and shiny and manageable. My hair dresser is stunned by how much it negates the damage I have done. I never leave the leave in treatment overnight (it says on the packaging 30 mins to overnight, I find you max out the benefits after 1-2 hours). The leave in has an odd smell, but the other products smell pretty good IMO.
For the treatment that you leave in overnight, how did you prevent it from getting on your pillowcase? I'm tempted to go to Sephora to smell it now :)
I used a shower cap and then an old pillowcase. I only did it a few times though. I'm serious about the smell!
woo. never heard of them and I'm going to check it out asap!
I'm not crazy about it. I didn't notice any difference with my hair, the smell was HORRIBLE!, and it left my hair really greasy even after multiple shampoos. There are so many better, and less stinky products!
one of my coworkers mentioned how much she spent on these products - she has gorgeous hair, but i cannot imagine spending that kind of money...
I actually bought the stuff, I got the Hydrating system. My hair is ethnic type, long and chemically relaxed (staightner)... my hair has always been dry, brittle, thick and is prone to breakage if I dont use the right products... I let the oil sit over night, like instructed, washed and contioned it the next day... and when I went to towel blot my hair, it was soooo tangled up... the shampoo or condtioner doesnt detangle and left my hair feeling hard and rough while wet... Once I got over that, I blew my hair dry on low heat (always), my hair looked shinier but it was dry as hell... I flat ironed it with Paul Mitchell ceramics (the best)... and it was a little frizzy... it felt smoother but it was still dry... I sprayed it with the "holding spray" and that made it even drier and a little sticky... I tried the product a few more times after that, thinking that maybe I needed to get used to it, but my hair, started breaking a little bit... Thats when I thought Ojon is not for my hiar.... In my opinion, for my hair type, once you put that grease on your hair and wash it with that harsh shampoo, it strips the hair all over again... then Ojon claims to infuse the Holding spray with Omega 3's but one would think that all the alcohol and chemicals thats in holding spray would break the Omegas down to nothing and it wouldn't make a difference... I think the product is designed to only make the hair look good, but it doesnt promote healthiness and growth, which is the essential component to hainvg great hair... I believe they sell the product on this "special" long hair tribe and they advertise that shiny, bouncey hiar because that is what people see and most people associate those characteristics with "healthy hair"... I must admit I was sold on the product but I learned my lesson early on... I guess I will go back to my same old products, Organic Root Stimulator's Replenishing Conditioner, its a little heavy, but it alcohol and harsh chemical free, so it wont dry my hair and never breaks my hair off... OJON IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY!
Just wanted to say how much I love their hair mask and glossing spray. The smell is funny but its nothing offensive or horrible. Go look at it at Sephora so you can smell and decide. I am constantly getting compliments on my hair and I swear this is why.
I loved Ojon the first few times I used in but after a while my hair felt like it had build up on it. It never felt like the conditioner would rinse out all the way.
I just recently got a travel size of Frederic Fakkai and I am in love!! I got the color care line and my hair has never been this soft! Target just starting selling their line so I am making the switch!

Is it worth the money? What is one thing I absolutely must try?
