I would just play a joke and get a big tshirt and write the words 'something sexy' lol
It depends how good your confidence is. Im a bit ho hum about it. Do what your comfortable chickee.. you know your own limit.
oh i would embrace the opportunity if i was you. im not talking about wearing 2 bits of string and a clip because you can get some pretty sexy slips that can cover enough if you feel shy about yourself but just being in different fabric will be nice
being able to be silly or have fun and a few laughs in bed is nice and relaxing so have some fun with it and enjoy
Why don't you try starting small - instead of going straight to the full out lingerie go out and pick yourself up a satiny/silky pair of pajamas (pants & top). Then maybe, as you become more comfortable you could go with a similar fabric but with shorts & a spagetti strap top or a floor or knee length gown. From there you can take even more steps - burn-out velvet, lace accents, shorter hems and so on. Baby steps!
I agree with what's already been said. Wearing something sexy doesn't mean a bit of floss between your cheeks. There are some really gorgeous night dresses, etc which can look really sexy but are just like wearing a dress. Ir even some nice singlet type tops. But I agree it is what every you are comfortable with.
You could try something like these too - they're cotton instead of silk/satin, usually, which IMO is comfier, but still a definitely step up from sweats. They also cover a bit more than something like this. Eventually, you might want to look into slips, before going to something like baby dolls - they're a little more conservative too. :)
I really like VS, because IMO their stuff fits well, is good quality, and they have a wide range (which you can sometimes even mix and match). They also have silk pjs like some of the PPs suggested.
Remember - this is your husband. He loves you. He wants to see you in something sexy because he thinks you are sexy, and that you deserve to show off what you've got - to him! The first time I put on lingerie, I could NOT stop giggling. It just felt so ... not me! But the way he looked at me... well, it was motivation enough to keep finding stuff that WAS me, and make it my own thing. It'll grow on you. :)

My finance said he would like me to wear something sext to bed every now and then... all I wear is sweat pants and t-shirts.... but i have this HUGE phobia of putting lingere on... it makes me so nervous to think about it! And we have been together for over 4 years!!! Does anyone else feel this way???
