My friend had small boobs to begin with, and during pregnancy and breastfeeding, they were larger, like a C or MAYBE a D, but after, they went back to normal.
I consider myself on the small side; I was a 32B pre-pregnancy. Right now (at 29 weeks), I am officially a 34D. I always thought I'd like having bigger breasts, but it's honestly such a weird adjustment. I feel like my boobs are popping out all over! I am looking forward to going back to my regular old B cup bras. :)
Also, I have noticed my breasts seem saggier already; but I think it's because they're so much heavier. I put on a couple pounds in boob weight alone!
I was a 36 B (medium, I guess) prepregnancy, I'm now nursing and a 38C. In real-world terms (because sizes tend to mean squat to me), that means that it now makes a visible difference between no bra, regular bra, and pushup! That had never happened to me before. :)
@Monalisa - This is a great post :)
Well I can tell you from my sister's experience is that there is hope for you, at least temporarily. She was either a 32A or 34A and when she got preggie, she easily became a C cup. The only difference is that she did not breast feed so she kept those puppies until she lost all the baby weight years later. Then unfortunately, after the weight loss they looked pretty helpless, like sagging skin with no fat at all. She was able to go to work (at a warehouse) without a bra and noone would notice. She was back to sports bras. BUT she was also doing some hardcore training to lose the weight so it was natural for her to lose her boobies. It came with the territory.
Well, I don't know about them going back to normal. I've always been small, a 34A, and I've barely grown at all. I'm perhaps a small B right now, if even that; I don't know. I've never had them measured and I just bought bra extenders to make my bras bigger. I guess I'll have to see after delivery and all that.

So, I didn't want to hijack the Holy Knockers post but it got me thinking, so I started a new one with a related question. I am not pregnant (though just last night DH said "I'm ready when you are!" which is exciting to me, except we have to wait til I finish grad school I think) .. anyway, I noticed all the responses to the Holy Knockers post were women who were pretty well endowed to begin with. I've always wondered, what about us (very) small breasted ladies? What happens when we get preggers and breastfeed? I'm talking, I wear a 34 A and have always looked forward to pregnancy because I'm hoping to finally have real woman boobies!! But, what happens after? Will they just go back down? And do such small boobs even have the ability to sag?
Anyone care to share, even if you feel like it's TMI? Thanks! :)
