I just wore some all lacey white panties from Airie. The fit perfectly and looked fabulous. Hubby really liked them 😉 Try adoreme.com

Ish, you are probably NOT going to want to wear all of that under your dress. You are probably going to be sweaty and stinky from running around in your dress–I can’t imagine wanting another layer under there.

What you’re looking for is called a chemise (like this, yes?).

ETA: This is cute; this one, too.

The way my dress fit, I could not wear a garter belt and stockings under it without them showing. Plus I did not want to wear stockings all day!! I wore Spanx to get a smoother look – my partner had NO IDEA I had them on. I stashed my sexier undergarments in our bathroom (perhaps you could have a travel bag, and have a friend set up your suite for you?). I quickly changed and was ready!

I wore boyshorts. I was in a ballgown and things got super toasty.  No joke, I smelled like I had run a marathon after I peeled that thing off.

If I were you, I’d keep the frilly, sexy things til you get home from the ceremony and quickly change because otherwise, they’re going to be quite sweaty and fragrant.

It might depend on your dress/how much you dance, but most women I know were a hot sweaty gross mes under their dresses. We took a bath before any honeymoon activities commenced because we had danced a ton and were kind of gross, haha.

@lilFaithy:  I dressed for comfort, and got into sexy lingerie at the honeymoon suite. However I changed out of my wedding dress before leaving the reception.

If a lingerie change is difficult because of your wedding dress, perhaps as a compromise change your panties only? Into the bathroom, a very quick wipedown, and change into lacy panties/thong then.

Try Agent Provocateur or La Perla. I also looove the Claire Pettibone line.

I’m wearing pretty lingerie under my dress. I wear it every day, so it would be strange for me not to. I don’t own anything else! It’s sounds like you’re the same way – Go for it if it’s what you want to do. But I wouldn’t wear a chemise, it doesn’t make much sense. Perhaps a gorgeous balconette bra, panties and garter? Or a corset?

@lilFaithy:  Elle Macpherson is great if you’re on a budget, btw. They have her line at net-a-porter.com
