Weddingbee boards

I am aware this is the weirdest post ever- I bought a used iPad for FI's birthday but it isn't in yet.

So I drew an iPad which is doubling as a birthday card because the iPad isn't in yet. 

But I'm worried about ruining it with a background- any easy background ideas?

What about cutting out a picture of a standard iPad background and putting that in the middle?

@SuperKate: the only problem with that is that I've already oh so carefully drew all the icons.
