I lived in Jefferson Pointe Apartments on 119th street. These were great homes! I lived in a 2 BR apartment, which I really liked the layout of. The apartment had a garage, and you could enter either from there or a front door, both of which led to the stairs, so apartment was on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom and 2nd bedroom were on oppposite ends of the apartment which was nice to have the extra space separating them. Granite in the kitchen, open layout, very nice apartment. Great pool, workout facilities, very good mix of families, elderly, young couples, and young professionals (which I appreciated coming from living in a college town where apartments could be loud). It is gated, which is the only thing I didn't like, and was only inconvenient when you had guests and had to buzz them in (so requires you to have a landline). EXCELLENT highway access (right off 69) and close to anything you  need in OP! I would definitely recommend these units. They also have a deal with a realator where some of your rent can be applied towards a downpayment on a home (not sure if they are still doing this, but worth checking into). Many similar apartments in the area--but this is the one I have experience with and was very happy with! 

there's an awesome apartment complex in Gardner called Horizon trails, it's totally brand new and very reasonable considering the square footage in the units, and it's right off I 35! :)
