Old: my great-grandmother's engagement ring as the ring during the ceremony (I have a set that I'll wear all the time to save it for special occasions...it's very small and delicate.)

New: my dress, etc.

Borrowed: my engagement ring that is actually his mom's original engagement ring that will be returned after the wedding but worn on my right hand during the ceremony (doesn't sit flush with my g-grandmother's ring)

Blue: the giant sash around my waist...and my crinoline in my wildest dreams, but I probably won't have time.

Something old: a handkerchif given to me when my great-grandmother (I'm her namesake) passed. It was so nice to have something to hold the entire ceremony.

Something new: dress, veil, etc.

Something borrowed: since this traditionally supposed to come from a happily married couple in order to bring you their good luck. Unfortunately I knew VERY few happily married couples, so I borrowed a charm from my best friend (who'd been married for 6 weeks at the time of my wedding, therefore was still happy ).

Something blue: undies with my new name on them

Six pense for her shoe: I totally left my 6 pence at home but I'm hoping I got credit for everything else. :-)

Old- My pearl earings and necklace

New- Dress , veil  , shoes , etc

Borrowed - my grandmothers rosery  , strung thru my bouquet. (we are having a non religious cermony but both families are catholic and I wanted to recognise this somehow)

Something Blue - I saw the idea of putting our initials on the sole of my shoes in crystals and I think thats super cute!

Silver Sixpense in her shoe - I'm hoping to have a friend bring an irish sixpense over with her. the will double on the "something borrowed" ^-^

p.s. MsIndecisive you can get them at most craft/ bead stores , I know Michaels has them.
