Weddingbee boards

SO ordered my e-ring online secretly and I came across the email after he left his inbox open, so I opened the email and saved the tracking number :-P. I'm a stay at home mum at the moment so I wanted to make sure that I wasnt home when it came here, so I've been watching the FedEx thing constantly. It wasn't meant to get here untill tomorrow, but it came today!!! I just signed for it and its on THE KITCHEN TABLE! He's at work. OMG I'm so excited! I dont know what to do, if he knows I signed for it he will think I know what it is and I dont want to disappoint him and the proposal he's planned. I'm thinking of putting it by the front door and being asleep when he gets home (in an hour) so he thinks the guy just dropped it there. What do you think? I just started jumping around and my 2 month old (whose learning to giggle) is laughing. Oh god, I need to paint my nails. Sorry waiting bees about my I know I'm rambling but I'm so excited!

I would leave it by the door, if he gets suspicious then tell him the truth. Hope your good at lying haha!

UPDATE: So I bought it inside because I didnt even think of explaining to him the signing thing (I'm a bit frazzled) and left it on the kitchen table. Then I txt him and said 'just letting you know you got a package' cos thats what I normally do when a package comes for him. There was no return address on it so I didnt have to worry about that. He came home and opened it in the kitchen (I was in the baby's room) and then he put it away somewhere. I went into the kitchen and asked what it was casually and he said 'oh just xmas presents'. He knows I love surprises so I would never go looking for my xmas present, so that was a good cover on his behalf! Then I started talking about the baby. I was so proud of myself that I kept my cool.

Now, the waiting REALLY begins!

aww this is making me so smiley and giggley lol I could imagine if that was me! I would be ALL smiles and I would give it away..

I showed him a few styles I like, But I specifically asked for a cushion cut diamd :) so fingers crossed!

@crayfish: He doesnt have a typical 9 - 5 job so I would assume he didnt want someone else to sign for it and it to stay at his work and the traching number said it wasnt meant to get here until today :)

I had my back to him when he came home to hide my massive smile! haha. Its been so hard, I just wanna pull the house apart and search for it! Sometime I just start smiling and he looks at me wierdly. I hope I don't have to wait till xmas! I'm going to be a beaming smiling fool by then hahaha

OOH this is exciting!! I agree, you are super patient/brave whatever, because I would have ripped the package open and then hastily tried to tape it back together before my bf got home... I can't wait to hear your proposal!

I had a look to see if I could open the box and then put it back together but I couldn't  :(

On the box there was heaps of paperwork attatched to it and when I moved it a piece moved and I saw that customs had marked it as jewelry! So i moved all of the papers back so he couldn't tell I knew.

Its so hard not to try and find it! I feel like I'm going insane already LOL. I don't know how you ladies in waiting have waited knowing the ring is in your house! Props to you all! I'm going to try and stick to the holiday challenge :)

So, I snooped and I found the box. I opened it (naughty I know) and its GORGEOUS!!!! I didnt try it on though, I want him to put it onto my finger the first time. Now I feel like I can wait patiently, know what she looks like. No more being on edge, I can just enjoy the last couple of days/weeks of us being 'boyfriend and girlfriend' without being crazy haha.

hahah!!! tell us whaaat happened. 

Well I kind of started looking for it and it was in a cupboard in our spare room. So I opened the little box and there she was! All beautiful and sparkly! Cushion cut on a thin blingy band <3 And then he was dropping serious hints about it last night! I think I'm going to have to wait for a little while before she's really mine. I dont know how long I will just look at her for, no doubt I will give in and try her on!

So yesterday I checked on her like 10 times while SO was at work LOL. Naughty naughty!
