I heard or read this great thing a few weeks ago. Basically it said "flipping a coin is the fastest way to make up your mind, because that moment where the coin falls and decides, you'll know whether it was what you wanted or not." Meaning, that a split second decision could help you figure it out. Do you think you'd want a re-do? there's your answer.
I haven't put this into practice yet, but I thought it was a really fabulous truth. I know that several times in my life, this exact thing has happened to me but I didn't quite recognize the value at the time.
I know it's not exactly the same, but it seems like maybe the news you heard did the same thing.
@SutSip: thanks! That is great advice! I know we are not ready this minute,
But I was shocked at feeling that way for sure!

Wow, caught me right off guard. Just found out one of FIs coworkers and his wife are expecting baby number 2. I actually had a jealous pang...or 2. Yikes! I am on the fence (I thought?) on having babies. Does this mean I am changing my mind?!
