Go to yelp and leave a review. Also twitter about it, you never know who's listening!

It sounds like you will be buying your BM dresses and tuxes elsewhere. Also leaving a bad review on yelp, weddingwire, etc.

I would totally bring my business elsewhere.  plus if this is the type of reaction you receive from a phone inquiry, imagine how she'll react when you place your order and something goes wrong!!  I dont think you would want the additional stress!

Yelp is the key to the elimination of all the stress in my life.

The only response I have ever got to my (200+) reviews was actually a negative review of a bridal shop. The shop owner was mad because my negative review was coming up on google. I had walked into the shop and asked if they carried Maggie Sottero, and the clerk, all snobby-like drawled "I've like, nevvvvvvvvvvverr even heard of that." Like, it was some dirty good for nothing designer. Then I asked if they had anything with polka dots, and she was like "ugh, it's not POLKA dot, it's SWISS dot." I was like, umm, I know the difference, and I don't want stupid Swiss dot!

And it was some dumb bridal shop in a strip mall, not some beautiful bridal atelier or something. Ugh.
