Oh man. My dress JUST BARELY fits me, so I’ve been on a strict no-cookies diet for the past few weeks. But something fried with cheese sounds amazing…except I’m imagining a fried sushi roll with cream cheese on top (sounds weird I know, but a place near us makes them and they’re AMAZING). Damn you for giving me this craving! I’m going to go drink a bunch of glasses of water and hope that makes me feel really full. (I did just have dinner an hour ago, so I shouldn’t be hungry!)

I have a cheat day once a week. It keeps me sane because I can look forward to eating all the crap I’ve been craving. Also, it makes me wait a little while to make sure I really “have to” have it, and sometimes I don’t. This way I don’t have to wait a terribly long time and get to the point that I completely give up and eat everything in sight. Thankfully, tomorrow is said cheat day for me. ๐Ÿ™‚

I feel ya. I’ve bin behaveing myself till my wedding. On my honeymoon I eating everything deep fried with cheese on it.

I read that if you crave sweet eat a pinch of salt and if you crave salty fd eat a pinch of sugar.  Meant to stop the craving….not sure if works…

@Mrs.Jansen:  Why do you only have a cheat day once a week?  Why not have a small amount of the thing you’re craving now?  Surely a small amount won’t hurt.  Even if you think it will hurt, you can always just add 10 mins. to your workout routine can’t you?

I usually have a “I’m eating whatever I want” day once a week.  We just went away for the weekend and I had nachos, a burger with artichoke dip spread, you name it… Gah, I am dreaming of that burger and tonight we will be having stir fry!
