I posted this on the waiting board but I'll post it here too because I'm super excited (: (:

YAY!!! I can't even believe he did it! I'm so stunned hahha it doesn't even seem real. Basically last night he asked my parents for their blessing and let them know he wanted to marry me! It was so exciting and I figured the proposal would come soon after ;) He was so nervous to tell them he was shaking like crazy, my parents said that he had their blessing and they really appreciated him letting them know what his intentions were (:

Today I came home from class around 12:30 and thought my FI (eeeek!) was at school like he was supposed to be haha. I walked in and his shoes were there but it was so silent and I couldn't see him anywhere. All of a sudden he pops out looking all nervous. I kind of thought something was up but I didn't want to be disappointed if it was nothing ;) I started to tell him about the new water bottle I got and my class and stuff when he told me to come into the bedroom. I did and he got down on one knee and said he wanted a lifetime with me and asked if I would marry him. Then he put this beauty on my finger ;)

It gets a little more 'buttery' in certain angles in the indoor natural light but outside it's super sparkly and white!

It's even super pretty and sparkly in the dark!!! It practically glows ;)

It's eng161 from MoissaniteCo with a 7mm (1.25ct) Amora Moissanite round from BetterThanDiamond and set by a local jeweler (: My ring size is 6/6.5.

I'm just so happy and excited right now. I always thought I would cry when he did it, but I couldn't do anything but smile. He caught me so off guard. Luckily he set up a secret video camera so I can watch it over and over again. Hahah the first thing I said after I said yes was "I thought you had class". It wasn't dramatic, it wasn't extravegant, or super romantic (even though he is the most romantic guy ever!)  but it was sweet and uncomplicated and loving.
