So I just did Jilian Michaels’s DVD No More Trouble Zones. One, I could not get through it. Two, I am in SO much pain already. But, I would just like to say, she was using 3 pound weights and all I had was 5 pound weights. So I am going to get myself some 3 pound weights and try again.
It was tough but also seemed attainable. I hope I can stick with it. I had to quit c25k because I hurt my foot a few weeks ago, but NMTZ seems like a good workout in the meantime.
Anyone else have trouble getting through it?

NMTZ is killer! I actually stopped doing the videos before finals, and can’t bring myself to get back into them because I know how sore I’m going to be the first week! It definitely does get better though. Just hang in there!

Sounds tough! Hopefully, the lower weights will work better for you!

I just tried 30 Day Shred for the first time three days ago. And I am still sore today!! I mean, can barely walk without looking awkward, sore. Although in her DVD, she advises warming up by doing the exercises (e.g. jumping jacks), I think next time I’ll do some stretches beforehand too.
