At 22, a baby is a big deal. He is probably just in shock because of your infertility problems. Give him a little time. More than likely he’s shocked, nervous and probably terrified. Talking about babies is one thing but cold reality sets in once you’re actually pregnant.

I always tease that the reason a pregnancy is 9 (or 10!) months long is to give the man time to get used to the idea! Wink Most men will be absolutely in love with his son or daughter when he/she is born. But it is VERY common for men to be a little more shocked or nervous in the beginning. Especially at age 22!
