@aprose: I know what you mean I am planning on using them too! I know that Free is the best price anyone planning a wedding can ask for!!
@MsPanda: i was literally jumping up and down... as pathetic as that may seem. but all the money i save can go towards the ONE THING that i am totally going to splurge on (brooch bouquet! i even have it picked out too! here is the one that i am dreaming about. she is willing to do an overlap with yellow ribbon to give it a bit more oomph on the handle)
I am SO glad you mentioned this, lol. I was afraid I was actually going to have to sit down with my FMIL and design them with her.
@aprose: Unless you work for them, I think you're probably ok ;-)
I also love WeddingChicks--I wanted to design ours and have them printed, but I got vetoed. :-(
I used the WeddingChicks calendar save the date template and just changed the fonts and the layout a little bit. They turned out awesome!
Thanks for sharing that, I never seen that website before. I'm glad I did now :-)
!!! I love you! This site is awesome thank you for sharing!! My mom and I are DIY'ing the invites, so this is PERFECT! Wish I would've seen this for my STD's... darnit!!
im glad i could help so many people! i knew that if i didnt know aobut it after my hours and hours of scoring google that it could be of some use. all the credit goes to FutureLeep9 though i saw them on her post in the DIY section. she deserves a cookie i swear.
and im totally using their photobooth sign! and i agree they do really need programs! but i guess that could be kinda hard considering evveryone kinda shakes it up a bit
I loved this site while helping my daughter plan her wedding. We used a free monogram that I found there on her wedding programs, menu cards, escort cards, etc. Made for a very cohesive look.
Thanks for sharing! I've seen a few of those printables on other sites, but it's nice to have a site that brings things from a bunch of sources together into one place.
I've bookmarked it!
@aprose: THIS. IS. AWESOME! Thank you for sharing!!! You just probably saved a lot of our wedding!!!! I love you! <3
Just checked out this website too! Hopefully I can find a design on there that we both can agree on!
@aprose Have you worked on your invites from there yet? I would like to do the retro invites, but every time I click "create print," only half of the wording shows up. Everything after the wedding date just does not show up. Is anyone else having this problem?
@Kathers01:yeah i have and i did have issues with that happening when i was using internet explorer. i tried shutting down my pc and attempting it with firefox and it worked fine so maybe that is the difference? sometimes the site glitches so maybe try it in a day or so. the first time i went there i coulldnt get anything to generate at all but 2 days later when i went back it worked fine
Free online templates are the best! Thanks for sharing, I'll have to go check 'em out!
i didn't really like the designs on there, and pretty limited. but that's just my 2 cents.
check out http://www.printable-wedding-invitations.com/ too.
yay for invitation templates!!
so i was excited I went to the website... and when i went to the printables... it says page not found..... BOOO.. I already created my own save the dates! paid for them to be printed on magnets though! but still saved myself over $200!
mtnhoney... i like your site better! but it was going to charge me $15 to download the template! ahhh... I can just buy them at michaels for that with a 50% off coupon! and just use my ink for the letters to save more money... oooh back to square one. I want to save on the inviations!
I used the bicycle template for my invites, and they got soo many compliments! Love weddingchicks!!

so being in a tight budget means stressing about things like invites and all that becaseu lets face it that stuff is expensive and i am not creative enough to make something look nice on my own. i was freaking out until another bee reccomended weddingchicks.com for invites and STDs and rsvp and all that. they have free (thats right FREE) templates to use for almost all the paper materials needed.
so basically my estimated cost for all of that has been cut by almost 75% because i can do it myself! seriously if you are on a tight budget or want a really easy DIY project check them out.
to the powers the bee: im sorry if this sounds like a plug but im just so excited and i tihnk every single bee that is on a tight budget or a DIY-er needs to know about this.
