Im in shock. I won a Carolina Herrera Dress.
Now I have 2 dresses. I had already put downpayment for my Sottero & Midgley dress.
What do I do??

Congrats! I would get your hands on both, then decide! Shoot, you are one lucky lady and please share pics! You could also wear one for a TTD shoot and one for the wedding! Or one for the ceremony and one for the reception, your options are endless!

If it were me, I would explain to the store what happened and see if you could get the deposit back. If not, I would keep the Carolina and sell the other one. I mean, come ON, it's Carolina Herrera! :) Congrats!

Here is the thing girls. I change my mind about the dresses so much. I first bought a Rasharna by Sottero (yes I did that) Luckly I sold that one really fast. Then I decided on the ASM3056 which is the one I put a downpayment on.
I got in this sweepstake at a different website. It only ask to see Herreras new Collection 2010 and send them an answer. Which I did and I ended up being the winner.
I will wait and try both when I receive them (This August) and post pictures so you guys could help me.
Congrats... I'd keep the one you like best and sell the others. Put it towards a kick-butt dress for your honeymoon!
Wow! Congrats! Not a bad situation to be in! If I were you I'd keep the Carolina Herrera! Her dresses are amazingly gorgeous and so fashionable. Or, if you want, you could always give it to me! 
I'd love 2 dresses!
Since it's a while to your wedding, I'd wait to see the CH one before deciding. OTOH (to play devil's advocate), it's probalby easier to sell a dress at the beginning of the summer than at the end of it...do you know which CH dress you won?

Yes it's perfect..Wear the first one for the ceremony and some of the reception...First dance etc. Then change to the CH...It does look like a fited version of the first dress!

Wow lucky girl! I think they are both stunning...but I have to say I love the Sottero ball gown form. But thats my personal taste. Do you like the mermaid style or the ball gown more? I guess you have to see when u try on the other dress when u get it. Good luck...cant wait to see pics of you in them!

Seeing the M & S dress was a great help to me. I love the straps. And now my hunt for a dress begins!
Wear them both. Then sell! So you can at least make back some money. Or ask the bridal salons if anybody is ordering that specific sottero & Midgley in the size you want, then swap her for it! But, then again, they want your $$$$.

and it's kind of perfect because the dresses have two very different sillhouettes - so you can wear both!!!

i say the wear the sottero for the ceremony and the CH for the reception, then sell them both. They are really beautiful, both of them.
SOOO different. I am not big into the big poofs and frills of dresses, so I adore the CH simple lace gown. So timeless... it will still be gorgeous 50 years from now. Go with your gut!!

I am all about the Carolina for sure now. Ditch the first one and buy yourself some awesome shoes to go along with your free dress!

Okay after all of your advice I decide to keep the Carolina Herrera dress. I did go to the store to see if I could cancel my order. But the owner said I could but no money back only store credit was going to be issue. Since the order was cancel (First Picture) I decided to get this dress(attach picture) with the store credit. Keep in mind I only gave them 60% down.

Do you have pictures of yourself in both dresses? That would really help us determine which one we would prefer most on you. But I like both dresses. Just go with the one you like.
Right but do you have extra credit left over from buying a cheaper dress?
