Are you charting or using OPKs at all? It’s possible that you haven’t ovulated this cycle, which can delay your period.  I would call your doctor and let them know that you haven’t had a period for 60 days.  Some people just never get a positive HPT, but I think it’s more likely that you are not pregnant and that you didn’t ovulate this cycle.  Your doctor can run a blood test to be sure and then possible induce a period so that your cycle resets.

I have PCOS and a lot of times have long wacked out cycles like this because I don’t ovulate. I had an almost 80 day cycle once, and was thinking I was pregnant too, but it most definitely would have shown up on a test by now.  Anyways, I finally got put on Provera to induce my period. It sort of resets your cycle so you can start fresh. I’d definitely be looking into it at this point if I were you. You don’t want to drag this on forever, and the longer you wait, the longer your lining builds up, and it will be a doozy of a period when it does come. Good luck and feel free to PM me if you have any questions!

Yeah my guess would be an annovulatory cycle as well. My periods are often 55+ days and currently under the care of a gyno to figure out what the heck is going on.  Sorry to hear you’re having this frustration as well. My “tww”s are incredibly anxious to since they’re more like 6 week waits.

Wow, You seem to have all the same problems as I did when we were ttc! I too have endometriosis and was on birth control for 14 years. I got off in February 2011 an had a couple normalis cycles then a bit of a longer one and then one that was 50 days! I took like a million tests but was not pregnant. A few months later I noticed my cycles starting to normal out on their own and on the third normal one I found out I was pregnant! I think it just takes a while for your body to adjust after being on bc for so long so I don’t know if I’d rush inti the fertility drugs if you don’t have to because of the extra cost and stress on your body. Maybe just give it time 🙂 Have faith girly, I hope you and your DH make your baby soon!

I don’t know how recently your missed miscarriage was, but it could be that your body like mine is throwing you for a loop still.  My cycles have been pretty long and crazy with my body gearing up and then not ovulating at least once a cycle before it finally does ovulate a week or 3 later then it started to originally.  Trust me I KNOW how frustrated you are.  I have pcos and when I came off BC, I had no natural cycles for 17 months.  It’s been a hell of a ride so far.
