I’m trying to find ties for the boys as well. I’ve had the most luck with the online selections of the major retailers like Macys and Nordstroms. Maybe you could look on there for a brand and then source the designer – you know?

I’m very interested in this as well.  If anyone has tie tips, please message me!

Check out The Tie Bar (http://www.thetiebar.com), which is an online tie shop that carries all silk ties. Here’s a link to their green ties: http://www.thetiebar.com/categoryPages/Olive_Green_Ties.asp. I think they have a lot of nice, classy options.

Also, I bought my husband an ivory self-tie bowtie from http://www.wildties.com. They have a pretty large selection, but I don’t think there’s a way to search by color. But I don’t find their pattern selection to be as nice.

I second The Tie Bar, though we ended up getting bright green Nautica ties at TJ Maxx for $7 a piece. Always check there and Marshall’s, they often have the same selection.

I will third The Tie Bar.  The service was fabulous and they were incredibly affordable.

I agree with the other posters about The Tie Bar.  They have a great selection, you can search by color and they are super affordable.  Plus if you have really tall people they also have an extra-long version of many of thier ties.

I just went on thetiebar.com and I think we just found our ties! We needed light blue with JUST THE RIGHT amount of red. Thank you – thank you all:)
