I had crinoline removed from my dress. But if it isn't the crinoline that is making it poofy but the actual fabric of the dress (like tons of drapes and pick-ups) then it might be there for good.
Usually by poof you are referring to crinoline. Yes, you can add more layers and take away layers to make the dress as voluminous as you want.
Make sense? Did that answer your question?
Ah, yes, that is the word I was looking for! Hahaha, my brain is not cooperating at all today. I assumed it was easy enough but I wanted confirmation. Thanks guys!

I'm like... dress obsessed. I'm beginning to annoy myself! Lol.
K, last question: Do you guys know if its possible to
1. take some of the "poof" out of the bottom of a dress. Please tell me you understand because I'm not really sure how to articulate that!
or
2. Put a lil extra "poof" into a dress.
This seems like a question I should ask a seamstress but I haven't gotten that far yet. Thanks!!
