About a week ago, I sent out a cry for help in deciding between a 2009 Demetrois #4266 and 2012 Karelina Sposa #7845. My fellow Bees did not like #7845 and since I’m still out there looking since I purchased #4266 back in September, it must not “be the one”. So I went out again today and tried on the new 2012 Casablanca #2066.
So please assist me one last time…I promise. I really listened to you ladies and appreciated all of your comments. I know ultimately it’s my decision but the assistance from others who are in my shoes really help. So let’s give this one final try as my wedding is only four months away. Thanks ladies.
P.S. My wedding colors are Black (his favorite), white (my favorite) damask with a hint of apple green. #2066 is white and #4266 is Ivory.

I voted for #2 before I read what you wrote.. and since you said you already have it too, stop looking! 🙂

Keep your gorgeous dress !! You look fabulous in it 🙂

Most definitely #2! It’s gorgeous!

@pinkshoes…LOL! I know the rules, once you say “yes to the dress” stop looking. The Demetrois dress is ivory and once I started buying my reception decorations, I wondered if it would look dingy. My MOH is wearing a black dress with a white top, the flower girl is in a white dress with a black ribbon and the boys are wearing black jackets with white slacks. My silk flower bouquets are white/black anemonies. I might just be over thinking it but if I’m still looking, it can’t be the one. Why is it that everyone one seems to love it but me. I probably won’t run into any problems selling it if I decide not to keep it. Plus I can’t help but imagine how lovely that long train will look at my wedding site. Here it is…

OMG you’re kidding right? Why do you have dress regret!?! You look soooo good in the Demetrios. I strongly prefer it to the other one you posted. I’m not just saying that cos you already have it either, I promise. My jaw would drop if I saw you coming down the aisle in that gown

I love number two on you it is much more elegant and beautiful. to me number 1 doesn’t give you nearly the amount of class number two does.

Number 2! 1 doesn’t even compare!

@LaShoner: love number 2 the best!

Love the Demetrois, it’s beautiful on you.

#2 looks amazing on you.
Once I bought my dress I did have a bit of dress regret, wondering if another dress would look better on me and I was tempted to keep on looking, but I refused. I’m so glad I did, because once I saw my dress again I was in love…tried it on again, I was in love. So just stop looking.

I prefer the ruffles in dress #2. But… I am fanatical about not mixing white with off white, unless that is the overall color scheme and there will be other off white decor and clothing along with the white decor and clothing as well. If money, time, etc. are no object, I say dress #2 in white instead of ivory. Dress #1 is beatiful too, and if time, money etc. are a factor and you can get dress #1 within your time frame, I say get dress #1. Plus, I think the sweetheart neckline of dress #1 looks very nice on you.

I think #2 looks much better and voted for it before I read that this was the one you already bought!
Definitely keep your dress! It looks much better than the other one!
