you seem to be right on the ball. i think you just need to breathe a little bit and trust in yourself that you've done all you can to prepare. go take a spa day honey! you deserve it!
*putting wedding planner hat on*
one month out, you should have received all of the RSVP responses by now. take your "accept/yes" list and start your seating chart. try one of the online programs, but a simpler, more visual way to do this is to mail merge your Yes list onto tiny sticker labels. use these labels to affix onto post it notes. take a piece of paper that will represent each table and put your tables together using the post it note labels. this way, you won't lose any people and can move them around visually from "table" to table.
favors can also be done at this time if you haven't completed that task.
after you have your final meetings with all of your vendors, put together a comprehensive day of wedding itinerary. mrs. snowpea has a great sample of one.
good luck!
You could call vendors to make sure they know what time to be there. And also call vendors to verify any special details you discussed with them. ie. light pink icing not hot pink icing etc.

What can I do to make this is as stress-free as possible? THANKS!
