I would likely put a note on the bottom of the program “Please join us for dinner at 5pm at _______________”. You could possibly list some local places to visit, coffee shops close by, etc. Also, I would have your officiant make an announcement after the ceremony before he introduces you and you do the recessional. If you have a website, put it on there too. I was at a wedding once where we weren’t told about the time gap before and it was awful (mostly because we were in the middle of nowhere, and other reasons, but I won’t bore you!).

I think people will figure it out from there since you’re putting the time on it. I would still have the officiant make an announcement at the end of the ceremony though after you kiss and everyone takes their photos. Something along the lines of “Mr & Mrs Luli and their families invite you to meet them at _____ restaurant at 5:00 to continue the celebration with them after they’re done taking photos (or whatever it is you’re doing). Thank you so much for joining us this afternoon and we look forward to a wonderful evening together. It gives me great pleasure to introduce to you the newlyweds Mr & Mrs Luli!” and then you go! I think just the gentle reminder would be good for people.
