My husband and I were stuck between Caroline and Willa, but we decided to check out some other names and now we have waaaaaay too many.  Help us one more time please!!

Note:  Last name is pronounced "Bock", if that helps.

ETA:  Middle names could be Grace, Mae or Ann

How are you pronouncing Caroline? Caro-lynn or Caro-line?

@BabyBoecksMom: I really like Caroline, Sophia, and Elise. I think Caroline or Sophia go best with your last name...and voted Sophia.

I like the names with an "a" at the end, I think they flow nicely. Sophia and Olivia! Do you have a middle name in mind? Maybe that would help decide!

i think i normally would have gone with Willa, since it's so unique and pretty, but with the last name, i think Sophia sounds better.

Go with the family name. Willa is beautiful and you won't regret it! I ABSOLUTELY LOVE that I'm the 3rd with my name in my family and cross my fingers one day I'll have a little girl to pass it on to :)

Willa!!! I love that name much less that it's a family name! She will be unique but classic-- I'm so jealous you have a better excuse to use it! (I just love Willa Cather but don't think I could get SO on board...)

EDIT: Don't do "Willa Grace" though... sounds like the show "Will and Grace" ;)

I love family names but am also partial to Caroline.  Could you do Willa Caroline?  I second not doing Willa Grace.  And Sophia and Olivia are too popular for me but I love them both if that's not an issue for you.  I also love Harper so clearly I'm of no help.  :)  Did you have a boy list?  Because I could steal it to add to our collection of future, possible boy names.

@candicemcc:  Ha!  We did have a boy list - Bryson, Dylan, Aiden, Connor, Hudson, Chase or Logan.  We'll have to put those away for baby #2 :-)

Willa!  Sophia is a lovely name, but also VERY popular, and there's a good chance she'll be one of many in school.  As someone who grew up with a very common name at the time, I know how annoying it can be :)

Also, Willa has meaning to you, and is just pretty!

I voted for Olivia because the is my DD's name!  And before anyone says its too popular- she has never had another Olivia in her class and there is only one other Olivia (that we know) of in a different grade at her school.

sorry but Willa Bock sounds like an African game hunt victim (ever seen A Far Off Place?)

I love Olivia but it's extremely popular and I wouldn't want my initials to be OB. Same with Sophia, very popular!

Caroline is okay, but sounds old to me still.

My vote is for Ariana Bock. It flows together well and is pretty.

One of my BFFs is called Caroline. Good name. Actually, I like both your original names the most! A lot of popular girl names sound so pink and fluffy, they give me cavities. :P Willa Caroline? Caroline Willa?

I never even thought about Willa, it's one of those names you don't hear often but it's beautiful.

I think you've got a good list to choose from, my daughters name is on there, for some reason the only names I don't like are the two H names, don't know why I don't like H's.
