This is not a post about dress regret. This is about seeing a dress and thinking something like “if I were a ruffles dress type gal, I’d wear it” or “if i were having a rustic theme, I’d wear it” or “if I were doing old Hollywood, I’d wear this”, etc. I’ve seen a few such dresses.
Am I the only one who thinks that way? I bet not. Do you have any such dresses?
Maggie Sottero’s Amaryllis dress is my “if I were a ruffles type gal, I’d wear it”. This is the only ruffled skirt I’ve ever thought that about it.

I’m with ya there… I usually despise frilly ruffles, but that one is toned down. I kinda like it!

Okay, one more “if I were a ruffles type gal” dress: This is Sophia Tolli’s Generosa and I might like it better than the Sottero!
And here is my “if I were wearing a color outside of a shade of white” dress. It is Sophia Tolli’s Adelita:

If I were a large ballgown kinda gal, this would have been my dress. It’s been my dream dress. When I tried it on, the dream quickly faded, my body type is not meant for full skirts like this. But I still love it!!

If I hadn’t eloped, I’d would’ve worn this (without bow on head):

This dress really caught my eye, but it seemed to have a Spanish flair to it, which wasn’t really my or my wedding’s style. But still, so pretty!
