A wooden NYC skyline, complete with tiny wooden cars.

I have always wanted to visit NYC. My best friend knows this, and she ordered it from the National Museum of Art for me. It is seriously, one of my favorite gifts of all time, if not my absolute fave.

I love it so much, I just HAD to give her props on here for it. Even hubby knows it's probably my fave. He's totally OK with that ;)

Awww - well, of course the E-Ring!!! Definately that one!

I loved those huge trampolines when I was little. We always lived in apartments, so I never had one in my yard, but friends did and they were so fun! Sometimes scary though, especially when you landed a little too close to the bar on the edge. Ow.

my friend gave me a little piggy bank for my 17th birthday, before i was leaving for college and it had a bunch of memories inside from all of my friends, and it said, when you're sad, or upset, just pick out one of the papers and hopefully it'll put a =) on your face...it made me cry and was sooo thoughtful..!! with it came a cd and before each song, a friend would come on and explain why they picked the song that was about to play..it was sooo creative..!

@ melv - That was such a thoughtful gift! That would have made me cry too. Isn't it great to have at LEAST one friend who knows you so well, they can almost get into your head and they know to get you those "little" things that will mean so much?

I accidentally opened my gift from FI this year but he doesn't know it. I'm getting autostart for my car, yay!! That is hands down the best gift ever when you live in a place with 7 months of winter.

Well of course the e-ring, but if you don't count that...my cricut!!!  It was a surprise gift (not christmas, birthday, holiday, etc).  A "just because" gift from the fi...he knows I loves to scrapbook and I didn't even ask him for one!!

Appleblossom we bought that for my mom's car like 4 years ago... unfortunately it quit working (such a fickle car) but when it did work, it was awesome (and always surprised people when we were out)!

Wow. I seriously think it's my ring, if that doesn't count then I'm going to say my fake tree. lol. My FI bought it last year. It was our first Christmas and we were sure we wouldn't have one. he saved and saved to get me one. = ) Next year, we hope to have a real one!

Honestly no matter how much I am b.tching today about not being engaged, having M's kids back home (he's going through custody issues) is the best gift EVER.  We missed them so much and with them around our house is a home and our family complete.  They were so cute they said I'm the best mom ever (even though they call me by my first name)... I told them it's because I have the best three ever <3... I adore them...
