Oh no!! I have my fingers crossed for you that the ring is salvageable! If not did you buy it from a chain? Maybe another store in the country has it and they can ship it to your local store?

Oh, that is a major bummer!  So sorry that happened.  I hope they can fix it.  But, if this is the worst thing that happens throughout the process, that would be great!

Oh no, that’s awful! Maybe it’s better to find out now than later, when the whole piece could’ve broken right off your hand!!!! At least they got a master working on it

Maybe if they can’t fix it…surely they can recreate it? Molds, etc, custom style? Surely. It’ll be a pain, but you’re entitled to an exact replacement.
