ME...and I'm proud to admit it! I'm watching the Bachelorette right now, but I've got it recorded and I'll pop back in once I've seen it!
@Lillindy- you'll love the finale episode! It was seriously awesome! I cried for a good amount of it. I'm sure you'll see what I mean...
I haven't seen the finale yet, but will tonight. Should be interesting. I don't think it will be as good with the two lead characters gone next year.

Wait, who will be gone next year?!?! The finale was good! I was between tearing up and smiling, lol.
yeah so Chad Michael Murray and Hilarie Burton both will be gone next season. They're both done with the show...which is soooooo sad! I totally thought the finale was the end of the series, but a friend and I googled it and they're still making a new season, just without lucas and peyton. Hopefully the show is still good without the two main characters!

Were did you read that those two will be gone? It seems unlikely that they are going to start the new season without them. If anything, maybe they'll leave early in the season, but they can't just disappear without any explanation at all, that would just seem weird.
It's been on Watch With Kristen, Lillindy. They're both gone. I cried during the finale. Such a dork!

yep the eonline site is where i found the news that lucas and peyton will be no more next season. Of course their exit from the show will be written into an episode early on next season as just having them disappear would be completely random. it's still so sad. i guess now the show will be all about brooke, nathan, and hayley...and dan...they always gotta throw that man in the mix somewhere...
@KateMW, you're totally not a dork. I cried during the season finale too! There were just way too many tender moments not to cry!
From what I read, they wanted more money and the show wouldn't give it to them. They said they were doing it to "explore other opportunities" which is ususally code for money.
Hmm...sounds like next season will be interesting but just kind of has to be the last. It'll stink when it has to go, though.
O C'MON! What is OTH without Lucas?!? I mean seriously. . Luke and Nate were the two head hauncho characters. . .how can they just get rid of half of the power struggle. . . .so sad. . .

Ok so kind of going off of the Gossip Girl fan post, I wanna see how many bees out there watch One Tree Hill as obsessively as I do. Anybody? I'd love to hear from some fellow OTH fans! Season finale tonight! It's gonna be intense! And if you're on the east coast and have already seen it, don't say anything yet!!! I wanna be surprised!
