I don't know if my husband and I are buying gifts. He isn't really a gift person.
Hey we have the same anniversary =]. the kama sutra is a great idea! we have one but we never use it!!!!! make sure it has some diagrams, we've had some good laughs over the stranger ones =]
I think i'm going to get DH some cardinals tickets, make a nice dinner, and do the cake/dress up thing for him.

That's what I'm expecting from the kama sutra book... some good laughs! DH loves all sports so maybe I'll look into some tickets! It's a shame we didn't keep our cake top, that's always a neat tradition (if well kept!) Happy (almost) 1st Anniverary to you!

Hi Bee's! It's been awhile! June 20, 2009 was a perfect day and married life has been wonderful. But on to the topic of my post- 1st Anniversary gifts. I'm looking for ideas!I know the traditional gift is "paper". I'm not set on doing traditional but would like to incorporate something into it. We're going to Florida for the week already, so not looking for an expensive gift! Since we're just beginning TTC a baby :):) I thought about the Little Black Book of Kama Sutra ;) ..Just as a fun gift, something he wouldn't expect LoL. But still not sure about that one!
