I have gained 10lbs. Which added to the 5lbs I gained right before the wedding (can we say “emotional eater”), is 15lbs. I lost 20lbs 3 years ago and have gained 75% of it back in one year. Oy vey. I’m back on WW now. Just started Monday.
Anyone else going through this?

Good luck! I started taking classes at my community college, deff built strength, the fat needs to GO!

@howtobeawife: A couple of years ago I lost 40lbs, and have gained 23 of those pound back. It’s so frustrating! I just keep reminding myself, “If you did it once, you can do it again!”

I am really really going to try to use MFP more religiously. It’s nice that it breaks down the calories and how many you have left. And I really like that you can just scan the barcode in of whatever you’re eating (although I’m trying to cut down on packaged foods too!) :/
And I’m working out for at least half an hour every night.
We can do this ladies!!
