Do not use JJ’s house. Their products look nothing like the pictures on their website.

@MrsRose7:  I had heaps of dresses made by Jasmines Bridal Shop.  Do a search on my name and you will see my latest post of the actual wedding.

Light in the box seem great, and customers actually post pics of themselves in the dresses so you can get an idea of what it looks like in ‘real life’.

@DeeWee:  +1

Light in the box is a great company. I have bought 1 x dress and lots of little extras like salt and papper shakers and my favour boxes. The duty you pay after shipment can be hefty but just factor this in when buying.

I would buy other things from them if I could think of anything I needed…

I actually just signed up for this website specifically to recommend elegantpark.com

I did a LOT of hunting around for reviews on the chinese sites, and there are a lot that were hit or miss. I found lightinthebox and elegantpark to be the most “reputable” per this site as well as a few other bridal sites.

I actually sent them a picture of the dress I wanted and requested some customizing and they said they could do it and for the “high quality” it was about $350 total. I got my dress today about a month after ordering and it’s PERFECT. It’s exactly what I wanted, the quality is identical to any dress I tried on in bridal salons, and it fits absolutely perfect. I thought I’d have to get it altered, but I don’t, so thats savings in my weddign budget.

I picked them over lightinthebox because they had more styles and their customer service seemed to be a little more receptive.

TOTALLY recomend elegantpark.com

I’ve heard really good things about Dressilyme and Jasmine’s Bridal. And you can actually see photos of REAL brides with their dresses online and find lots of feedback too. I think I’ll actually go with one of them when it comes time for me to actually decide on my dress.
