Hey Mattel,
Congrats again on your engagement and setting the date! I'm not engaged yet, but we are hoping to get married in late 2010. We don't want to get engaged until he gets a job in my city (which I hope hope hope is soon) so we will probably be having a shortish engagement as well. I would love to be a November bride.... hopefully the job market will act accordingly! Keep us posted on your plans!
I remember when I had 10 months to go! Whew it went by wayy faster than I thought!! But I'm glad I had right at about a year to plan, it was perfect!

I can tell you, these next 10 months are going to FLYYYYYYYYYYYY by but in a good way. I did all my planning in 9mo & it feels like it was yesterday. So very exciting!
I feel ya Mattel!!! On NYE I realize that we have less than 8 months until our wedding!!! I cannot believe it!
I know exactly what you mean! We set a date for a year out from our proposal and I started hyperventilating. The instant we made it two years, I relaxed. Then we knocked off six months because we didn't want to wait!
Me too, yay for 11/6! It totally surprised me when I opened my e-mail yesterday and saw a '10 months to go' e-mail from the knot. I can't believe how quickly time is already flying by!
I'm glad to hear I'm not the only one. We are November 13, 2010. When I realized it was only 10 1/2 months away, I had a panic attack! So much to do, so little time but it was all turn out fine.
Congratulations, time seems to speed up with the Big Day is approaching!! :o) Savor it!
We just booked our venue today, and the wedding is going to be Nov 5...that's in EXACTLY 300 days! A little nervous that it's not too much time, but I didn't want the wedding the be pushed to 2011. Good luck everyone!!

So we just got engaged Monday, and we've set a date of 11/6 this year!! Which normally, ten months us a long time, unless you're planning a wedding. So I'm glad for girls I can go through the motions with :)
