(Closed) Only a few out of town guests…how do I list local hotels in invites?

Just include a slip that says “nearby accomodations” and simply don’t mention on there that there isn’t a room block in your name.

The information will be helpful regardless of whether you have rooms set aside or not.

@gmg86:  we are including a card with our wedding website ( we are also putting the website on our std’s). The website has a page dedicated to hotels and how to get the best for their money.

If you include a printed slip of paper, make sure the printing faces away from the invitiation (do not place it face down) otherwise the printing will rub off on the invitation and make it look smeary!

I plan on listing a few hotel options on our wedding website.  I don’t think we will have enough people for a block of rooms, so I’m just going to list 3 hotels close to the venue that are all different price ranges.
