I posted about 2 weeks ago about building muscle, especially in my legs. Thank you again ladies for all your tips and support.
i got a personal trainer for 8 sessions (2x a week) to show me the ropes Aroud the gym and get into weights. I’ve still been working out 5x per week but dropped my cardio way down as I heard I won’t be able to build muscle if I’m burning it all in the treadmill. Just been doing a 15 minute cardio light warm up.
ive been increasing my calorie intake for a while ( healthy foods) and finally gaining weight but just on my stomach. I know you can’t spot gain or lose weight but I don’t know what to do. I’m not willing to gain a pouch again after working to lose the baby weight twice already
