I’m working with Morgan Blaul – http://www.morganblaul.com/ – I haven’t had my trial with her yet, but I’ve gotten a great vibe from her and the reviews I’ve found of her online are fabulous…I booked her immediately! The biggest draw was that she does a lot of hair and makeup for print and film, which means I’ll photograph great! She’s doing my hair and makeup as well as the hair of my 5 bridesmaids and my mom. She’ll be coming to the hotel I’ll be staying at on the wedding day to get us all ready. Hope this helps! I’ve also heard the Monique Madrid is good.

I am going with Livia Caporale which came highly recommended by Sonia Roselli, MUA and also other bride postings on another wedding website.  I am having her come to our bridal suite versus us going to a salon.  You can email her at [email protected]

I had Dalia Garza of Salon U come to my hotel room and do hair for my entire birdal party and myself. She did a great job ad was priced fairly. She was also great about keeping us on schedule and stressing out about anything. I highly recommend her!

Morgan Blaul is $375 for the bride’s hair and makeup, including a hair and makeup trial. Hair (up do’s) for bridesmaids are $80, bridesmaids makeup is $75 and just a blow out (for my mom) is $50.

$80 seems to be about what I found for my bridesmaids’ hair. My hair and makeup is a little bit more than I had initially wanted to spend, but I think it’s worth the investment!

Try Joseph Bartucci at Salon Buzz Goldcoast.  He is extremely talented and very flexible.  He offers a free trial upon booking and he can do your entire bridal party.  e-mail him at [email protected] or check out his blog at http://josephbartucci.tumblr.com

I highly reco Sam Griffith at the K Paige salon.  Sam will go onsite for weddings (he will be for mine in October).  His rates are very reasonable too (a blowout is $25- I literally go every week and have him blow out my hair).  I am not sure how much it is for an onsite up-do, but given that his rates are so reasonable in general, I would be surprised if he cost more than average.
